Prices are for Gite per night/wk or per room B&B
Payment terms - For gites - 50% deposit upon booking and balance due eight weeks prior to the rental. If booking within eight weeks of arrival then full payment required immediately. For B&B - 30% deposit by euro cheque and balance to be paid in euro on arrival.

Payable by euro cheque or bank transfer (SEPA). IBAN number will be given when you make your reservation. Please note that bank transfers MUST be made "free of charge to the receiver".
For bookings of 5 nights or less the cancellation fee will be 1 nights charge.
For bookings of over 5 nights, the cancellation fee will be 2 nights charge.
Prices fixed through 2010.
Prices are per week for the gites and per person for Chambres d'hotes (unless stated otherwise for packages) and includes a good breakfast for B&B.

31 March to 30 September - 630 euro/week or 90euro per bedroom per night (2 rooms)

Cherry Tree Gite - 2010
31 March to 30 September - 560 euro or 80euro for 1/2 people per night.
1 October to 30 November - 400 euro

L'Oliver Gite - 2010
31 March to 30 September - 560 euro or 80 euro for 1/2 people per night.

Chambres d'hotes (B&B)2010
Chambre de Bordeaux (1xdouble + 1 single) - 525euro (75/80euro per night)
Chambre de Marciac (twin room off Bordeaux) - 325 euro (50euros per night)
Chambre de Madiran (double room) - 525 euro (75euro per night)
Note: Gites have all linen and towels plus a small supply of essentials and are equipped with a welcome pack for bookings of more than 3 nights. In your B&B rooms you will find tea/coffee making faciltiies, bottled water, quality toiletries and a towel pack per person.
For that extra special touch why not book a luxury option which includes: Fresh flowers, bowl of fresh fruit, wine, artisan chocolates and fluffy dressing gowns. Enquire for prices.

Additional Information
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided
- Breakfast is included with Chambre d'hote prices. Dinner is available at 20euro per person if reserved in advance.
- Pool towels can be provided for £10 fully refundable deposit per towel - save that precious luggage weight allowance!
- Mid stay cleans can be arranged (at cost) please enquire at time of booking

Room vacation at 11 AM day of departure
Catherine asks you to vacate your bedroom before 11am on your departure day, but you are welcome to leave your luggage while spending some more time nearby.
Special Promotion for Festivals July & August
As a special promotion for the numerous festivals held in this part of South West France during the high season of July & August you can rent one of the three self-catering gites by the night. This includes a full Continental breakfast taken in the Manor House. Enclosed off road parking in our courtyard gives you increased security for your vehicle.
